Story of Keesh  by Jack London  The plot revolved around a thirteen-year-old boy hunting bears for his tribe, demonstrating to them that he could be a great hunter by providing a fair share of meat to their village. The story is set in a cold environment. We can conclude this from the word "igloo" used in the story. Keesh also hunted bears, as we know from the fact that the bear was discovered in a cold place.   The story began with Keesh arguing with their leader about meat distribution and ended with him discovering the secret to his great hunting ability. The author attempts to depict things that are common in our daily lives. This includes the notion that we occasionally have misunderstandings with those who do not share our viewpoint. Also, Keesha's status as a silent hunter suggests that rather than being arrogant and boasting about our abilities, we should labor quietly and let success speak for itself.
